Player365-VIP I'm Having Issues With Player365-VIP.
Can I Revert to My "Old" Live365 Player?

Yes, you can choose to no longer use Player365-VIP.

Please note: Player365-VIP is ONLY available for users running Windows XP or Vista and using IE 6.0 or higher. If you're not running a late version of Internet Explorer on a Windows operating system, you do not have Player365-VIP and should not attempt to deactivate or uninstall it.

Because Player365-VIP can only be installed on Windows machine running Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, the following instructions apply only to Windows/Internet Explorer users.

If you decide to use our non-VIP player, Player365, you will no longer hear the better sound quality of mp3PRO, but you will remain a Live365 VIP Preferred Member and will be able to take advantage of all other aspects of Preferred Membership, including all-access to Live365 stations and uninterrupted listening.

To deactivate Player365-VIP, do the following:

  1. Click the "Deactivate" button to the right. Deactivate Player365-VIP Beta
  2. Use the form at the bottom of this page to report on your experience with Player365-VIP. Reporting your issues or problems to us will help us research and resolve them.
  3. Launch a Live365 station.
  4. Look at the player window. If you see a line text above the "Play" and "Stop" buttons that begins, "Try Player365-VIP ... " you have successfully deactivated Player365-VIP. If you see text reading, "You're Using Player365-VIP," your deactivation has failed. Please repeat the steps above.
After you successfully deactivate Player365-VIP, you should no longer see Player365-VIP launch when you listen to Live365 stations. However, the player will remain on your machine.

If you continue to see Player365-VIP after deactivation, or if the issues you experienced persist after deactivation:
