Do not "REPLY" to the Registration Email. You must click on the http link within the email body. This will take your browser to a Live365 confirmation log-in page. There you can enter your new username and password to begin.

The email we send has a link like this (begins with http:// )

http://www.live365.com/cgi-bin/v?k=25hA9RUjJGabI&m=rewxu10

Click on the words in your email that are similar to this line above.

On most systems, your browser starts and takes you to a log-in page on Live365.com. Here you can enter your Live365 username and password.

For some AOL users, this will not appear as a clickable link in your Email. If that's the case, copy all of the http line and paste it into your browser. (If in two lines, be careful to copy both lines and put them together in the browser.) Hit the Enter key. This will take you to the Live365 log-in page.

Note: If you don't get a Confirmation log-in page, you might not have included the entire copy.
