Yes, but subject to certain rules. The DMCA specifies that rebroadcasts of identifiable programs in which recordings are played in a pre-determined order (such as published-chart countdowns, etc.) and which are pre-announced in advance (such as by telling listeners that the program airs at certain times) may be performed at scheduled times as follows:

• Programs of less than one-hour: no more than three times in a two-week period; and
• Programs longer than one hour: no more than four times in any two-week period.
