Yes, so long as you comply with the rules explained previously (Legal FAQ # 2, & 3). The one catch, however, is that if you mix recordings from your band with recordings from other artists, then the rule is that you can play as many of your band's recordings in a row (or in a given three-hour period) as you want, but you still have to comply with the DMCA rules, including the rules mentioned in Legal FAQ #3, for the recordings of other artists.
