Yes, but only under certain circumstances. The DMCA rules provide that continuous looped programs may not be less than three hours long. In other words, if your program repeats itself, it must be longer than three hours in duration.

Also, whether your program is looping or not (for example, if it is a live program that you generate directly from your machine to the Live365.com servers in "real time"), the rules described in FAQ #3, regarding the number of songs you can play from the same artist or recording during a three-hour period still apply.
