Live365 is a founding board member of the Digital Media Association (DiMA), and a member of the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS). Based in Silicon Valley, Live365 pays royalties to labels, artists, songwriters, and publishers through established royalty collection organizations including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SoundExchange.
The Brand Sales Manager's primary charter will be to identify market segments, verticals and specific customers who could utilize and pay for broadcast and marketing applications, technologies and content resources developed by Live365 and its partners. The person must be able to conceptualize and implement customizable marketing solutions for major brands and organizations. The position has primarily a business generation focus with success measured by his/her results in generating new profitable business. Producing immediate, realistic sales results is key requirement.
A secondary role for the position is as Sales Manager, sharing the person's experience to enhance our Sales team's skills and capabilities. From setting revenue goals, providing training and managing activities to assure sales targets are met. Leads by example. The position will be part of the company's management team and have P&L responsibility.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with digital media, broadcast and advertising industries, their product offerings, deal structure, marketing and negotiation practices
- Serious rolodex of brand managers / buyers with opportunities and budget
- Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills
- 1-3 years sales management experience
- Self motivated, goal oriented team player
- Willing to travel as needed
