Summary:

The position is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and measurement of Live365's visibility and positioning in its market segments and verticals. The key objectives are the acquisition and retention of visitors and subscribers through online and offline marketing campaigns and other efforts, and the delivery of measurable and favorable cost/benefit results.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Live365's online and offline marketing strategies that are aimed at driving unique visitors, page views, user registrations, subscriber conversion, subscriber retention, broadcaster sales, and overall market positioning and branding
  • Direct Live365's various marketing programs, including online evangelism, e-mail marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, user engagement, media relations, and industry trade shows
  • Track, analyze, report, and refine performance of Live365's various online and offline marketing campaigns and programs
  • Execute effective branding programs across multiple communication channels with customers and prospects, including newsletters, web presence, trade shows, industry associations, press releases, search engines and social/viral media
  • Develop effective marketing collaterals, including print, web, email, PowerPoint and rich media for various product offerings and customer segments
  • Gather and analyze market and competitive research
  • Research, identify and analyze potential and profitability of new product or custom offerings for various market segments and broadcaster/audience targets
  • Enhance affinity for our broadcasters and brand
  • Oversee affiliate marketing tools and campaigns

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, including 2+ years in online marketing, preferably in the Web 2.0 or digital media space, with progressive marketing responsibilities
  • Strong track record of successful sales and marketing campaign strategies and execution delivering measurable growth in new customer acquisitions and revenue
  • Solid foundation with online customer acquisition, subscription and affiliate management
  • Knowledge of leading web analytics and audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics
  • Good writing and quantitative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, get things done, and achieve goals
  • Self motivated, goal-oriented team player
