Live365 Announces Valuable Additions to Sales Management Team

Foster City, CA (March 5, 2001) - Live365 (www.live365.com), the world's largest Internet broadcasting community with more than 29,000 Internet radio stations, announced today the appointment of three executives, with over 62 years of combined sales experience, to Live365's sales teams.

Live365's Advertising Group appointment includes, Terrence Higham, to Director of Advertising Sales while the New Business Sales Group appointments include, Ron Denman, to Vice President of New Business Sales and Garrett Jamison to Director, New Business Sales. Under their new positions, the groups will be responsible for increasing the awareness of Internet radio and Live365 in the advertising and business sectors and further generating revenues and opportunities.

Joining the Advertising Group for Live365 will be Terry Higham, as Director of Advertising Sales. Higham gained unique experience selling Internet audio ads as the National Sales Manager for SurferNETWORK, which provided webcasting services for traditional radio stations. Before joining SurferNETWORK, he was Director of Internet Marketing for Nassau Broadcasting Partners, where he managed the non-traditional radio sales for nine radio station websites. Based in New York, Higham will be responsible for selling and educating the advertising agencies about the merits of Internet radio advertising and will be representing Live365 in its East Coast relationships.

The New Business Sales Group will be led by Ron Denman, Vice President of New Business Sales. Denman joins Live365 from Spot Magic, where he spent 4 years as their executive vice president. Previously, Denman co-founded DG Systems, a publicly traded company with the world's largest digital distribution network for radio and television commercials, currently used by over 6,500 radio stations and 750 TV stations in the U.S. and Canada. Denman also previously served as General Sales Manager at KFRC AM/FM, San Francisco and in top sales and management roles at KGO-AM and KSFX-FM. At Live365, Denman will be responsible for the management of all non-advertising sales.

Working directly with Denman will be Garrett Jamison as Director, New Business Sales. Jamison most recently worked as Director of Business Development at OnAir Streaming Networks (also formerly known as www.com), where he previously sold private label radio services. Among his varied sales experience, Jamison also has previously worked in a sales capacity for the Los Angeles Lakers. Based in Los Angeles, Jamison will be responsible for the acquisition of new "Private Label Radio" clients within the Internet, music, sports, new media, radio and broadcasting industries.
