PenguinRadio Goes Live365

Live365's 29,000 Internet Radio Stations Will be Available Through PenguinRadio's Next-Generation Internet Radio Devices

Foster City, CA (March 7, 2001) - Live365 (www.live365.com), the largest Internet radio community, announced today a partnership with PenguinRadio, a leading player in next-generation Internet radio delivery, to offer over 29,000 Live365 stations through PenguinRadio's interface.

Under the non-exclusive licensing agreement, all of Live365's more than 29,000 stations will be accessible via PenguinRadio on multiple devices. PenguinRadio has developed a standalone Internet audio device as well as a platform for the delivery of Internet radio to mobile phones.
