Is Your Company Outside the United States?

If you or your company reside outside of the U.S., and you are interested in setting up your Internet radio station with Live365, you will need to follow the steps outlined below.

Since Live365 can only fully cover licensing/royalty payments for U.S.- based individuals and companies, it is the broadcaster's responsibility to cover themselves for any royalty/licensing agencies in your country. Due to the differences in agencies and laws in different countries, Live365 is not able to cover licensing/royalty fees for any broadcaster outside of the United States.
