Hi there. Thanks for checking out my station, AOR Revival. I'm Dan-O, and I love being a DJ. I love it so much, I am willing to do it for free. Wait a sec!! I am doing this for free!! See? I started this station due to the fact that most corporate radio stations today wouldn't dare touch the AOR (Album Oriented Rock) format. That's too bad. Because with all the great songs on those things called "albums", corporate radio is cheating their listeners. That's where I come in. I decided to revive the format, find or recall those great songs that never had a life on radio and present them here every week. I also do this in memory of one of the greatest radio stations that ever existed, KXRX 96.5 in Seattle. Even though it's gone now, it was and still is better than anything out there today. I hope my little program keeps their vision alive. I certainly wish I had more time to do this more than once a week, but duty calls in other places in my life. Thanks for your support and be sure to "like" the program on Facebook!

It's the Ramones! We need to find out who's killing them!

Favorite Albums

Bruce Springsteen - The Wild, The Innocent & The E St. Shuffle (1973)
I had a religious experience after hearing this album for the first time. No, I was not under the influence.

U2 - Achtung Baby (1991)
They will never do this again.

The Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed (1969)
duh.

The Tragically Hip - Phantom Power (1998)
The atmosphere is perfect.

The Black Crowes - The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion (1992)
Front to back...perfect.
