Can't play a note... can't sing a note. But surely its not a new expression to believe that, upon an occasion or two, music saved my life... or my sanity. I also grew up in a home where music of all types was enjoyed. So that's how I come to this... a passion for the sounds, and the words that may accompany often as much... honoring what is the origins of American music, and the beauty and energy of what came thereafter... listening for the new creations that touch my heart and soul... open to a world of music created by diverse people and experiences, but with a oneness of our collective existence on this planet... often inclusive of the good... the bad... and the ugly... of trying to make it from day to day, no matter where, or how, one exists. Here's hoping that one day, "the Blue Planet" finds us all existing as the expressive, creative, soulful beings that we inherently are. Until then, at least some are, at least some of the time... and the rest of us can enjoy what they bring forth!
