I have been a serious music lover since I was a baby. My mom one day noticed that in order to calm me down as a baby, all she needed to do was play some music and I would listen and smile. Growing up I got into the music scene pretty serious and met many of the names we all know in Christian music. I have had the honor of sitting down and talking with many artists over the years and know the heart that is behind the music they recorded. Now I have the privilage of playing back some of those tracks throug the radio station here. I hope you enjoy listening to the station as much as I do.
Remember, Jesus died on the cross for each of us. No one is above another, we will all face God on that judgement day. What will you hear from our Father? I pray that listening to this station you grow to have a deeper relationship with God and a deeper understanding of His Word. |

I remember seeing their Rock Solid tour live. I was blown away by these long-haired guys that rocked a stage just like any mainstream band you can remember. These guys rocked it out hard while delivering Jesus in every song they sang. This is a rock band that was actually rejected by MTV banck in the day because they refused to take the name of Jesus out of their songs.
Petra
Petra is one of the first Christian rock bands I ever heard. With strong lyrics and ripping guitar rifts, these guys know how to rock.

The title track to this song was one of the most power story songs I have ever heard performed live. I cannot recall a Carman concert where this song was not performed. It still gives me chills when I hear this song.

I remember the first time i heard the opening lyrics to this album. Both me and my 3 year old song went WOW! when we heard those opening guitar rifts. It was an album that was a long time coming for Petra and personally I believe one of their best.
