Hi, my name is Dennis and I'm sure like many of you, I am in the "prime of my life" - I'll be 63 this August."Blasts" has been"on the air" since January 2003 bringing you the great music of the late 50s and early 60s. I thank you for your support, for making "Blasts" one of the top stations in the "oldies" genre on Live 365, for all the emails and most of all, for listening and sharing the music. I am broadcasting from Fayetteville, New York, a suburb of Syracuse in Central New York. Bet you didn't know that Syracuse gets more snow than any other city in the US with a population over 100,000! Neither did I when we moved here six years ago!! Actually, I love the winter - it's beautiful. The station has been great fun for me - I can't believe "Blasts" has been on the air for over 6 years! I look forward to many more years of sharing the music with you. I'll be "hangin' around" as long as you keep listening. One of the questions I am often asked is where do I get the music. I've been collecting vinyl (45s and LP's) for several years and that is my primary source. So, if you've got some of those old 45's/LP's still around that you want to sell or trade, let me know. I welcome your emails with suggestions, comments or just a note to say hello. Take care.
