I DJ Brazilian music in the Chicago area. I spin Samba Electronica, Nova Bossa Nova, Traditional Samba and Bossa Nova, Samba De Enredo or Batucada, Baile Funk, Hip Hop (pronounced in Rio as Hippy Hoppy) or anything with that bangin' Brazilian Flava!
Now a lot of people wonder "Is he Brazilian?" well, the answer is No. " Mas Eu gosto muitas coisas Brasileira!" I speak a little Portuguese and I have been collecting Brazilian Music for the past 10 years with no end in sight!
After a recent trip to Rio De Janeiro I came back to the cold Chicago Winter with a severe case of "Saudade", which translates in English to "bittersweet longing" I had such a good experience in Brazil I decided try to share that feeling with people in Chicago and around the world. So please come and join me in my love affair with Brasil.
