Frank Sinatra
chairman of the board.. monumental contributions thru several decades..
Louis Armstrong
great Crooner & trumpet player.. Pops changed the way jazz was played.. and he endured for 50 years.. his "Satch plays Fats" and "Plays WC Handy" are classics.. can be heard here..
Tony Bennett
still going - his "Sings Ellington Hot n Kool" must be heard to be believed - hear it on Crooners..
Billie Holiday
she just didn't record a poor trak.. made even silly songs sound poignant.. made her players sound even better..
Ella Fitzgerald
first lady of jazz. made her own breaks.. shines on Crooners esp. with her Verve work with Louis Armstrong..
