Hello, my name is Ken Bell aka kenbelljamz. Former NightClub DJ, Ken Bell first gained attention in radio as a volunteer announcer at 90.9FM-KTSU across the tracks from Texas Southern University in the 80s. He was hired by MAJIC 102FM/Houston while attending Columbia School of Broadcasting. Ken studied voice under the Houston's Legendary Voice Instructor, Mrs. Mary Alice Krall. He moved to Dallas in 1987 to pursue his career in broadcasting working for Earl Graves(Black Enterprise) at 107.5 KDLZ. His career in Dallas included stints on-air at 94.5KSOL-FM, 107.5 The Oasis, 100.3Jamz, V100, Arrow 97.9, Lite97FM and Heaven97 for Radio-One and CBS. 1993 saw Ken’s career move into Satellite Radio when he was hired by Steven Hill. He has entertained an international audience for the last 18 years for ABC Radio Networks, Citadel Media and Cumulus Media. Today, Ken is best known for his successful foray into Internet Broadcasting as Program Director of “Gospel Inspirations”, http://gospelinspirations.com and “Jazz Jamz Radio”, http://jazzjamz.com on Live365. God has given me a vision to start an online music ministry. I am committed to playing Gospel music that edifies and Praises God and His Word. We celebrate Jesus on Gospel Inspirations. I originally started Gospel Inspiration under the username, kenbelljamz. The station grew so fast that I was unable to keep up with the growth. Now that Gospel Inspirations is back I pray that God will continue to bless his people.
