I am a professional trombonist teaching and performing in the St. Louis, MO area. I was a jazz radio DJ for WDNA in Miami for 5 years (www.wdna.org). I was also a jazz DJ at WEFT in Champaign, IL for 4 years when I was working on my DMA in Jazz at the University of Illinois. This show was created to showcase the talents and have people become familiar with trombonists from the past and present on jazz small group and big band, Latin jazz, and funk recordings.
