Rebbekah White is a 34 year old mom to 3 boys ages 14, 12 and 6 and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 17 years this August. She has been dealing with depression now for almost 14 years.

About 10 years ago a major turn in her life sent her over the edge. Because of her own personal journey she felt a strong urge to start an internet talk radio show to offer guidance and help for those who are looking for ways to heal their mind, body and soul no matter what the source of pain is. Heal Yourself Talk Radio was born on August 10, 2006.

Rebbekah White was an army wife for 8 years before her husband was medically discharged. Rebbekah currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio where she is the mother to three boys ages 14, 12 and 6. Rebbekah graduated in 1991 from Bedford High School and is the owner of Heal Yourself Talk Radio as well as several other online businesses that deal with the health industry.

Rebbekah started Heal Yourself Talk Radio out of a desire to reach out to others and teach them how to learn how to heal their mind, body and soul. After years of dealing with depression, Rebbekah realized she wanted to help others learn how to deal with depression and other areas of life.
