Charles A. Mitchell has worked in the Communications and Telecommunications field for over 20 years. He started his professional journey back in 1987 when he studied Radio Broadcasting at The National Schools,where he earned an Associate's Degree as a Radio and Television Broadcasting Technician. He worked for WCTX in Palmyra, Pa., as well as worked for Comcast Cable for 17 years. When Charles came to Shippensburg University in January of 2010, he made the most of the opportunity that presented itself to him. He wore several “hats” at their radio station, 88.7 FM WSYC-Shippensburg University; not only was he the Program Director and the Production Manager, he was the creator and host of his radio show, “The Loveship”; which he aired on both 88.7FM Shippensburg University and Ssassy Radio
