Not really...I'm Kent Weissinger, a life-long Floridian except for my high school years in O'Fallon, IL, when I fell in love with Top 40 radio and decided I wanted to be a DJ. I actually did work a board for a couple of stations in Florida before settling in as a news director for several other stations. After almost a decade of job-hopping and going nowhere fast, I went to law school. Now, 30 years later I'm a DJ again. You'll hear some voice-tracked segments from me as "Uncle Kenny Wise" fulfilling my teen-age fantasy of spinning records at KXOK.
