I'm a longtime fan of Link Wray. He set the tone for rock guitar with his release of RUMBLE in 1958. Punk, grunge, garage, heavy metal and more can all be traced back to Link Wray.
Link has shared the stage with people from Patsy Cline to Bruce Springsteen and everyone in between. And yet, he's the most under appreciated rocker around, and he's long overdue some recognition. Through this station, and my website www.WraysShack3Tracks.com I hope to change some of that.
