Ocean State Radio is programmed and mixed by Jeff Elder. Originally from Tulsa OK, where he was a musician and resident DJ at the infamous Max Afterhours during the late 80's/early 90's, then transplanted to San Antonio and again to Dallas TX, where he produced electronic dance music and remixes for assorted artists, Jeff currently resides in Rhode Island where he is a songwriter and producer.
