About poetspirit

After listening to a classical music radio dj/programmer say how beautiful this music was each of the few times he played it, I decided to give Renaissance choral music its own station! This sacred music is very rich indeed, and it should sustain the enthusiast for many sessions to come. Enjoy!

Renaissance era composers from the Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Franco-Flemish and German Schools-- Dufay, Palestrina, Gombert, Tallis, Josquin, both Gabrieli's, Orlande de Lassus, Willaert, T.L. de Victoria, Stoltzer, Byrd and more-- performed by many of today's greatest artists. St. Mark's basilica in Venice was a center of classical music. Thank you for sharing the beautiful choral and brass Church music of many centuries ago. Please make note the composers above for, due to personal circumstances beyond my control, I have to end my broadcasting effective April 21st.
