I've been in radio for a little over 8 years now. I've held a variety of jobs in radio programming; from dj to promotions director, music director, program director and back to dj again. As a program director, you're responsible for everything that goes out over the air on your station, which when you're managing more than one station at a time with a full staff of dj's on both stations, can be a real chore :-)
The thing with being a dj is that it's your job to give life to someone else's vision (ie: the program director's vision). So I look at realsmoothradio as an opportunity to once again do radio the way I want to do it.

My station, of course! Why would I tell you how great someone else is? You'd go and listen to them, wouldn't you? (LOL)
