I guess the bug bit me when watching tapes of Ranma 1/2. It wasn't the anime, it was the music. I then started to look further into this genre and then I noticed, there is some really good music. Far fetched from any "toon" in America. After a year of broadcasting 4 streams of anime and cartoon, I felt it was time to expand beyond anime, this is how Hardcore J came to be. You will find mainstream songs from the same people who sing the anime songs on Hardcore 1 & 2 as well as music from the current and recent JPop charts. I hope you enjoy Hardcore J!

Her songs are very moving. She has a good mix of English and Japanese. My favorite track is "Slap The Naughty Body", which I used as the theme song for a former roller derby video show.
