Escondida
She's got a spooky appalachia kind of style with a velvet voice that never sounds over-produced. This album is the real deal! Any girl who sings about "Old Fashioned Morphine" is worth a listen

Come on Feel the Illinoise!
Sufjan has set out to record an album for every state. With 2 down and 48 to go, "Illinois" takes the listener places that you'd thought you'd never go. Sympathizing with a serial killer? What!?!

What I Mean to Say is Goodbye
This album was produced by Sam Jones (Directed Wilco's "I am trying to break Your Heart"). It is not Tom's first, but it is a perfect introduction to the North Dakota native. His gentle falsetto and sweet lyrics makes you just want to put your player on repeat.

Ten Thousand Mornings
Recorded in a subway, Peter released this collection of covers a few years back. He covers some serious music here and does it so nice. Peter had his start in the Subways of Boston and this collection of songs is a triumpant return to humble beginings.

Alan Lomax's Southern Journey Remixed
Moby brought Alan Lomax's recordings into mainstream and Tangle Eye takes them right back. This collaboration was put together by veteran producers Scott Billington and Steve Reynolds. They took Lomax's recording, added some real(ly good) musicians onto the track and a little bit of Macintosh magic and we got a great collection of music.
