The name of the program is exactly what it suggests; a place to have your mind stimulated when you are bored, through discussion of a wide range of topics, ideas and opinions. It never takes itself too seriously, but at the same time covers relevant and important issues in a conversational tone that is accessible, entertaining and easy to understand.
