The rates proposed by Sound Exchange and the RIAA for Internet Radio are ludicrous and Live365 refuses to give in to strong arm tactics to shut down Internet Radio. We are still here because Live365 refuses to give in to Sound Exchange and the RIAA. We are not out of the woods yet. Don't stop contacting your Congressman. We need change now! Live365 has decried that July 15th is the last chance deadline to save their business. If the Copyright Review Board rulings on astronomical royalty rates for Internet Radio are not reversed, they will have no choice but to shut the doors.
