Generation 80s Retro Radio was modeled after the great Classic Alternative radio stations like KROQ and 91X in Southern California and WLIR and WDRE on Long Island/NYC, both places I lived in the 80s. Remember Richard Blade, Poor Man, Jed the Fish? Donna Donna, Weepin' Willobee, Gary Cee, Howard The Duck and the Screamer of the Week? If so, you will love Gen80s archive of New Wave and alternative classics, with many rare songs you don't hear on any other internet or satellite station from the late 70s Post Punk era to the early 90s Modern Rock period, with the emphasis on 80s New Wave, Retro and Classic Alternative music.

If you do a trial run with Live365 Radio Desktop and don't choose to go VIP after the trial expires, even though the player gives you a message that you can't listen anymore to the station unless you are VIP, and that it is only available to VIP's or it is full that is ONLY to continue using Radio Desktop, and is NOT the case if you shift back to the regular web based player or using Winamp or another media player!!!
