This web radio station was started in order to give NOTICE about the class action lawsuit against the corporate UNITED STATES and 50 corporations who have no lawful interest on We the People of the United States’ Land nor any of our other friend’s land. The political corporations constitute a standing army and there is not anyone that this case does not affect so something has to give. The defendants are a bold bunch of crooks stealing Land from We the People of United States of America and if you oppose them and their corruption they will take you to jail or a mental institution and poison you and I know that because that’s what they did to me And my Petition for the Writ of Habeas Corpus was dismissed based on fraud from within the United States Supreme Court This case has got to be heard because it stems from my Petition for the Writ of Habeas Corpus that the Court had dismissed leaving me forcibly medicated and in a mental institution and the Court had dismissed based on two United States Supreme Court cases OREGON “I”and “II” (295 US 1 and 701) And in those cases I find my way to Justicia and now I am inextricably linked to those Oregon cases and those OREGON cases are inextricably linked To the United States Supreme Court The Oregon cases are about land under a lake And an Altamaha Oregon “I” (295 US 1) the United States Supreme Court had already ruled that the United States had not conveyed Title to the land But then the Court gave the parties another month to get their pillow talk straight and submit a form of decree and then in less than a month the parties had agreed and on April Fool’s Day the Court had ruled in favor of the decree (295 US 701 (1935)) as follows: "For the purpose of carrying into effect the conclusions of the Court as stated in its opinion, dated April 1 1935" April Fool’s Day 295 U.S. 1 "…it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed as follows: 1. At the time of the admission Of the state of Oregon into the Union, February 14 1859" Valentine's Day 11 Stat. 383 the United States of America was the owner in fee and entitled to the possession…" Stop That is wrong It could not be We have to stop right there Because it could not be They are committing fraud in the OREGON cases and you need not go any further down their Saint Valentine’s Day shopping list decree because prior to Saint Valentine’s Day of 1859 which is the day that they are saying STATE OF OREGON became a State Of the United States the United States had only acquired one piece of that land in question and it is situated around the Willamette Valley and it is only one single solitary piece The United States could not have done it they could not have conveyed Title to all of that Land not even today Because we do not own All of that Land The United States went on to acquire some more of that land much later but up to that time the United States had only acquired one single solitary piece of that land and no other and all of that Land that the United States of America went on to acquire much later is all situated east of the Cascade Mountains and we do not own a single solitary piece of that Oregon coast right up to this day we left it out What was happening In the Saint Valentine’s Day shopping list decree in the OREGON cases was that somebody was trying to steal our Land and give it to their Valentine on April Fool’s Day They had been stealing Land with a gun and covering up with fraudulent paperwork and the Oregon cases were just more of their fraudulent paperwork But they cannot steal our Land with a gun and convey Title to our Land because tha
