About progradiocat

Hello all! I was a broadcaster on my college radio station (community-wide FM stereo) in the late 1970s. It was a wonderful experience and I had greatly missed sharing my rather (and increasingly!) eccentric mix of acoustic and electric music with a wider audience since that time - until 2003 when I started this station! Tuxedo Cat & I hope that you enjoy the music that we play and keep an open mind about listening to musical styles/genres that you may not have considered before. Thanks for tuning in! http://tuxedocatsings.bandcamp.com "You will always be lucky if you know how to make friends with strange cats." Colonial American Proverb

Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio, replied: "You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat."
