Alter-Nation features music that I really believe SHOULD be on commercial radio in a just and logical universe. As that obviously isn't the case, this is a great way to promote deserving artists. I also take pride in being a "tunemeister" and am always thinking about how to segue creatively from track to track as well as coming up with varying themes for the show. Typical themes have included songs about "The Seven Deadly Sins," "Psychology 101," "Alternative Christmas," "Amazing Bass" and "Curious Cover Versions" to name a few.
